The samkos bush frog

This guy earned the '' bush frog '' part of its name. The samkos bush frog is the name all right! I put him on my website for his ... well ... unfamiliar ways. You see he has green blood and turquoise bones. That explains two things. that he has been hidingall these years and how carnivores tend to leave him alone.

Matthew, aside from making him unpalatable for carnivors, what is the purpose of the green blood? I thought red blood cells transport oxygen, so what do the green cells do?
